The International Conference on Microelectronics has been held in numerous countries across the Middle East, Southern Europe and Asia for the past 32 years. The 33rd edition of the conference will take place in Cairo, Egypt, the city of the world-famous Egyptian Pyramids on December 19-22, 2021 organized by the Faculty of Information Engineering and Technology, German University in Cairo – GUC. IEEE-ICM 2021 will include oral, poster sessions, industrial panel discussions and tutorials given by experts on state-of-the-art topics. The regular technical program will run for three days. In addition, tutorial sessions will be held on the first day of the conference. Papers are solicited in, but not limited to, the following topics:

The ICM 2021 conference include special sessions on highly specialized topic areas, within the scope of the conference and its themes.
The conference organizing committee invites professionals to propose special sessions that complement the regular program of the conference.
The topic of a special session proposal should be timely and compelling.

The topics should be of sufficient relevance with respect to the general scope of the conference.
