Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: January 2026

Welcome to icmieee2021.org ("we," "us," or "our"), your guide to the Top 10 Betting Sites in Canada. We believe in full transparency, so please read this Affiliate Disclosure carefully before using our website.

1. We Earn Affiliate Commissions

icmieee2021.org participates in affiliate marketing programs with online casinos, sportsbooks, and other betting operators featured on this website. When you click on certain links on our site and subsequently register, deposit, or play at an operator's website, we may receive a commission from that operator. This comes at no additional cost to you — the bonus, odds, and offers you receive are the same (and in some cases better) than going directly to the operator.

These commissions are how we fund the operation of this website, including research, testing, content creation, and site maintenance.

2. Commissions Do Not Influence Our Rankings

Our editorial integrity is not for sale. The rankings, ratings, and reviews published on icmieee2021.org are determined by our independent review process, which evaluates factors such as:

• Licensing and regulatory status (including provincial regulators such as iGaming Ontario and the AGCO, and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission)
• Game selection and software quality
• Bonuses, wagering requirements, and terms fairness
• Payment methods, payout speed, and CAD support
• Customer service quality
• Security, player protection, and responsible gambling tools

Operators cannot pay for a higher ranking, a better review, or the removal of negative feedback. Where an operator is featured under a paid placement arrangement, this will be clearly labelled (see Section 3).

3. How to Identify Affiliate and Sponsored Links

We want you to always know when a link may earn us a commission. On icmieee2021.org:

• Buttons and links labelled "Play Now," "Visit Site," "Claim Bonus," or similar calls-to-action are affiliate links.
• Any placement that has been paid for by an operator will be clearly marked as "Sponsored," "Ad," or "Promoted."
• Affiliate links may contain tracking parameters (e.g., utm tags or affiliate IDs) in the URL.
• This disclosure is linked in the footer of every page and near top lists where affiliate links appear.

4. Compliance Statement (Canada)

We strive to ensure that our advertising and promotional content complies with applicable Canadian laws and standards, including:

• The Competition Act (Canada), which prohibits false or misleading representations and requires disclosure of material connections between endorsers/reviewers and advertisers;
• The Canadian Code of Advertising Standards administered by Ad Standards;
• Provincial requirements applicable to gaming advertising, including guidelines issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and iGaming Ontario, where applicable.

We only promote operators we believe to be licensed and legally available to Canadian players. However, the legal status of online gambling can vary by province, and it is your responsibility to verify that online betting is permitted in your province or territory before participating.

5. Reader Responsibility

By using icmieee2021.org, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Our content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or gambling advice.
• You are solely responsible for verifying that you meet the legal gambling age in your province or territory (18 or 19+, depending on jurisdiction) and that online betting is legal where you live.
• You are responsible for reading the full terms and conditions of any operator, bonus, or promotion before registering or depositing.
• Gambling involves risk and should never be treated as a source of income. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
• We are not liable for any losses incurred as a result of using third-party websites linked from our site.
